After successfully leading arguably the most partisan witch hunt in modern American history, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was just hit with an “impeachment notice” of her own.
President Donald Trump made it official on social media and it has already been liked and shared collectively almost 220,000 times. “95% Approval Rating in the Republican Party, a Record!” tweeted Trump. “53% overall (plus add 9 points?). Corrupt Democrat politicians have brought me to highest polling numbers ever.”
Trump attributed his rising fortunes to the “Impeachment Hoax” and gave a special shout-out to Pelosi. Trump is making an important point — the impeachment farce didn’t hurt him, it helped him. Democrats thought they had an ace-in-the-hole, and they were wrong.
Unfortunately for Pelosi and her anti-Trump allies, the Senate refused to play political games and acquitted Trump of both bogus charges.
And now, even current betting odds show that the president has the best odds by far to win the 2020 election.
Betting aggregator Oddschecker.com has Trump’s chances at 59.99 percent of winning re-election and serving a second term in office.
Trump’s odds of victory are now 5-7, according to Oddschecker. The firm’s spokesman, Pete Watt, said, “Trump is at an all-time high.
